Corpus

For physicians & practices

Your patients arrive informed. Your inbox stays quiet.

Corpus is an augmentation for your practice — not a replacement. It does the records grunt work, hands you a complete history at the visit, and keeps clinical judgment firmly with you.

§01

In your workflow

Time saved, not autonomy taken.

INBOX LOAD

Your inbox stays quiet

Patients get a place to organize their questions and records before the visit — so the low-value back-and-forth doesn't all land in your inbox.

ARRIVAL QUALITY

Patients arrive complete

A structured, deduplicated history across every provider — fewer blind spots, fewer repeated tests, better conversations in the time you have.

ESCALATION

You stay the good cop

When records won't come, Corpus does the chasing and escalation. The friction never lands on your relationship with the patient.

§02

The handoff

A record you can actually use.

With the patient’s consent, you receive a structured summary built on open standards — ready to attach to the encounter note.

New study flagged

A paper on a medication you already take. Saved for you to raise with your doctor — not medical advice.

Medico-legal positioning

Where the line sits.

SCOPE Corpus does not diagnose, perform clinical triage, or make treatment recommendations.
ESCALATION It never suppresses an escalation; any routing keys off patient-reported information and the patient's own settings.
ROLE It is a compilation-and-retrieval tool; interpretation and decisions remain with the licensed clinician.
PROVENANCE Provenance on every field; a correction workflow when something looks wrong.
§04

Partnership

Working together.

REVENUE SHARE For concierge and direct-care practices, we offer a partnership with a revenue-share arrangement — structured to comply with anti-kickback and fee-splitting rules. We’ll walk through the exact mechanism (referral vs. flat integration fee) with your practice; nothing here is a fee for referrals.
ESCALATION LOOP Escalation is collaborative: when we can’t get a record, you’re looped in only with the patient’s explicit approval, with a ready-to-send request on their behalf.

§05

Clinical questions

Straight answers.

Does Corpus give patients medical advice? +

No. Corpus organizes records and surfaces potentially relevant research for the patient to raise with you. It does not diagnose or recommend treatment.

Is it a medical device? +

No. Corpus does not perform clinical triage or decision support and never suppresses a red-flag escalation. It is a compilation-and-retrieval tool; clinical judgment remains yours.

How do I receive a patient's record? +

With the patient's consent, as a structured summary you can attach to the encounter — FHIR or CDA where your system supports it, otherwise a clean PDF.

What about wrong or stale data? +

Every field is traceable to its source document, provider and date, with a correction workflow. You always see provenance, never a black box.
